Happy Birthday Mumzi! Today its my momma’s birthday, I won’t disclose any info on age related business so no asking! =D After a troublesome morning, finally got the flower situation situated. So today, she’s getting flowers in both true form as well as cake form! I didn’t get any good pics of the cakes before I set them up and have yet to get them all uploaded so they’ll appear later. They are the cutest. I was first attempting to do mini cupcakes in “bouquet” form but it flopped so I crumbled all the pink together, all the purple together and smooshed in some yellow icing and made cake balls (also known as cake pops)! They kinda looked gross afterwards but when I balled them up and chocolate covered them, well, chocolate makes everything better! I’m cooped up at a McDonald’s right now awaiting my hubby to finish remoting and finish setting up the cake bouquet. The drive for him to work really made me nervous. Bumpy! Maybe it was because I was so worried over them that I felt EVERY bump…Crazy. Then we headed all over creation after that. Since 6am, we’ve been everywhere from McClure to Mifflinburg to Selinsgrove and everywhere in between. Every chance I got with stops and such, glanced in the back to assess damage. Luckily, none so far. We only have about a 3 mile drive yet to deliver them but if you know the strip, you know how long those 3 miles will go…
